Mr. Patrick Bernasconi was elected President of the French ESEC, Tuesday 1st of December 2015. In the first round of ballot, he received 131 votes, before Jean-Paul Delevoye (63 votes) and Gérard Aschieri (30 votes). The former Council’ President, Jean-Paul Delevoye, resigned from his position as adviser.
Six vice-Presidents and two quaestors were elected:

- Claude Cochonneau (farmers and agricultural activities representative) ;
- Pascale Coton (CFTC) ;
- Bruno Genty (Environment and Nature) ;
- Dominique Gillier (CFDT) ;
- Patrick Lenancker (Cooperatives) ;
- et Jean-Francois Naton (CGT).
Quaestors :
· Marie-Andrée Blanc (Unaf)
· Jean Grosset (qualified personnality)
In his program as candidate, Mr. Bernasconi, former MEDEF representative, in which he was vice-President, had emphasized his attachment to the cooperation with the European ESCs.
