On 2nd December 2013, the Economic and Social Council (ESC) of Bulgaria celebrated ten years since its establishment in the presence of over 150 guests - persons who supported the establishment and activity of the ESC and who contributed to its successful development over the years. After the first solemn part the participants took part in an European civil debate: “Stronger Europe for citizens”.
